The new shopping cart is in place!

You can now create your own login to track orders, create wishlists to share with family, and purchase gift certificates to use in the store. You can also join my mailing list for an email newsletter that I'll be creating on an irregular basis. (I promise you won't be bombarded with tons of email advertising if you sign up!) Valerie Hector's Art of Beadwork includes my work

One of my wearable art pieces, a shawl that took close to two thousand hours to make, is featured in a new book by Valerie Hector, titled "The Art of Beadwork: Historic Inspiration, Contemporary Design". My husband finally took some reasonably decent pictures of the shawl, so I now have a page in my gallery devoted to this piece. I'll probably put more information on the page when I have time, but I've thrown up some interesting facts about the shawl as well as the pictures. Take a look!

Feb 2006 update: Due to various medical, personal and professional reasons, I am not planning on teaching classes at any of the large regional and national bead shows for the foreseeable future. I am still willing to consider teaching a class if you have a group that is interested in any of my projects or techniques.
